Environment routing is configured
The Gateway accepts signed TableTrack fiscal events, resolves restaurant and environment context, and records each fiscal document once. EFRIS submission remains disabled until official resource paths and signing rules are configured.

Base URLs are known. Official endpoint paths, payload schemas, certificate lifecycle, signing rules, response codes and outcome-query behavior are still required before live submission can be enabled.
The bound EFRIS adapter intentionally throws before any external request. This prevents traffic to an assumed resource path.
